Spencer Young

Spencer Young is a litigation associate with King & Spalding’s Trial & Global Disputes team.  He maintains a diverse practice focusing on complex litigation matters, including music copyright and licensing disputes between rightsholders and music users, as well as government investigations, business disputes, and federal securities actions.

Spencer has represented a wide range of clients in music copyright disputes, including the terrestrial broadcast radio industry, OTT streaming media platforms, and a satellite television service provider.

Spencer earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.S. in Finance at Lehigh University.
