Sophia A. Luby represents clients in regulatory proceedings, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.  Sophia frequently represents international and domestic accounting firms and individual accountants in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations brought by the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), and state authorities. She also has experience representing companies and individuals in SEC enforcement actions.
