Sherlyn Abdullah helps employers manage workplace challenges, resolve high-stakes employment disputes, and reduce legal and business risk. She represents companies in litigation, arbitration, government investigations, and administrative proceedings, helping clients address issues such as discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage-related claims,  disciplinary actions, terminations, restrictive covenants, whistleblower allegations, contract disputes, and diversity, equity, and inclusion matters.

Sherlyn partners with management to navigate sensitive employment decisions, conduct internal investigations, and implement practical strategies that support compliance, protect business objectives, and minimize exposure to future claims.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Sherlyn clerked for the Honorable Halil Suleyman Ozerden in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Prior to clerking, she was an associate at an international law firm.
