Shadia Ajam focuses her practice on international commercial arbitration and investor-state dispute settlement. Her experience includes disputes involving energy projects, shareholder relationships, mining investments, franchise agreements, and other cross-border commercial matters. She has represented sovereigns, state entities, corporations, and investors in arbitrations conducted under the ICC, ICSID, ICDR, and LCIA Rules. She has also served as tribunal secretary in international arbitration proceedings.

Before concentrating her practice on international dispute resolution, she gained experience in U.S. litigation, government investigations, and antitrust matters.
