Connor Ciepluch is a senior associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding. Connor represents public and private companies, including private equity sponsors, in connection with structuring and negotiating complex business transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, “take-private” transactions, joint ventures, divestitures, recapitalizations, executive compensation and incentive equity matters, and other general corporate matters.
Connor received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where he served as a staff editor of the William & Mary Business Law Review and as a fellow in the William & Mary Center for the Study of Law and Markets.
