Savannah Padgett is an associate in the Miami office of King & Spalding and is a member of the firm's Corporate, Finance and Investments Practice Group. Savannah represents both public and private companies, including emerging growth companies, in a wide variety of corporate matters including corporate governance guidance, general corporate and securities matters, venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions.
