Bio

Sarah R. Moros has 15 years of experience advising corporate clients, PE funds, and family offices on U.S. and cross-border M&A, private equity, and complex corporate transactions. Sarah represents clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, commodities, banking, telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. Prior to K&S, Sarah spent eight years in the M&A group at Skadden Arps before moving in-house. She first joined Soros Fund Management, the privately held investment management firm founded by George Soros, and then Hartree Partners, a global commodities firm owned by its founding partners and Oaktree. Sarah’s years in-house give her a unique appreciation for how clients weigh risk, value, and deal execution.

Sarah is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese, having spent four years in various Latin American countries prior to law school. Outside the firm, Sarah has engaged in education and sustainability initiatives, including volunteering with Comp Sci High, a public charter school in the Bronx, and a decade of work with the Natural Areas Conservancy, which champions and protects NYC’s forests and wetlands.

Sarah received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was an Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley Journal of International Law, and her B.A. from Yale University, where she graduated cum laude with distinction in her major.
