Sarah is an Associate in the Finance and Restructuring practice group, focusing on structured finance, securitizations and structured private credit.
Sarah has experience representing financial institutions, underwriters, operating companies and investors in a wide range of securitization transactions. Her practice includes advising on complex securitizations, with a particular emphasis on digital infrastructure on whole-business, digital infrastructure and esoteric transactions.
