Samantha LaMacchia is a senior associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Real Estate practice. Samantha's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction, development, leasing, financing, and refinancing. Samantha’s practice also focuses on joint venture transactions including the formation, negotiation and operation of various joint venture structures including programmatic, portfolio, asset level, and qualified opportunity zone joint ventures.
