Bio

Sam Mirzai is a versatile litigator with experience representing clients in state and federal courts across the country.  His practice primarily focuses on representing Fortune 100 and other large companies in high-stakes commercial litigation, including class actions, breach of contract cases, antitrust matters, and other complex business disputes.  Sam has extensive experience advising clients in all stages of litigation, from initial case strategy through discovery, summary judgment, and trial.

Sam received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Virginia.  At UVA Law, Sam was an Articles Editor for the Virginia Law Review, a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, and a semi-finalist in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition.
