Rylee Pittman is a trial lawyer in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office. She is a member of the Product Liability & Mass Tort Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical products liability and toxic torts. She has experience in large-scale, federal multi-district litigations and coordinated state proceedings at all stages of litigation—from initial case strategy, discovery and depositions, and trial. She has prepared defense expert witnesses and managed offensive expert strategy, including for experts in maternal-fetal medicine, nursing, epidemiology, oncology, toxicology, and analytical chemistry.
Rylee has been a member on four trial teams that have obtained full defense verdicts for clients in the last 2 years. Before that, she clerked on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals for Judge Andrew Brasher.
Rylee graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2018, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2021, magna cum laude, where she served as the Teaching Fellow for the Trial Advocacy Workshop and Technical Editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation.
