Ryan Kearney is a senior associate in King & Spalding's Atlanta office and a member of the Trial and Global Disputes practice group.  His current practice focuses primarily on tobacco and consumer products trials.

Ryan is a member of the King & Spalding team serving as trial counsel for R.J. Reynolds in thousands of smoking and health actions brought by individual plaintiffs in Florida following the decertification of a high-profile class action.  He is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience conducting fact and expert depositions, motion practice and oral argument, mediation, trial and appellate practice.  Since 2018, Ryan has served on seven multi-week jury trials to verdict.  Prior to joining King & Spalding, Ryan worked as an associate in the New York office of an AmLaw 100 firm, representing a wide range of corporations and high-profile individuals in the construction, manufacturing, food and beverage, and entertainment industries.
