Robert Stenzel is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice in Government Matters and Regulations. Robert represents hospitals and other healthcare providers in administrative and court litigation involving government payors such as Medicare and Medicaid and non-government payors.
Robert's practice focuses primarily on Medicare reimbursement litigation before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board, administrative law judges, and federal courts. Robert also counsels providers on other reimbursement matters and conflicts involving private payors.
Robert graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where he served as an editor and author for the Maryland Journal of Healthcare Law and Policy. Robert also holds a Master’s degree in Bioethics from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
