People

Rania Kajan is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the Trial and Global Disputes practice group.  Her practice focuses on complex, high-stakes pharmaceutical, toxic tort, and class action litigation.

Rania graduated magna cum laude from UF Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif.  During law school, Rania served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the Florida Law Review, and received the Florida Law Review Accomplished Research Award and two Book Awards in Torts and Mediation.  Rania subsequently obtained a LLM in International Legal Studies at NYU Law and served as a NYU Center for Human Rights and Global Justice (CHRGJ) Fellow at the U.N. Special Tribunal for Lebanon in The Hague, Netherlands.

Following her fellowship, and before joining King & Spalding, clerked for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez and Alicia O. Valle in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
