Rachel Rubens is an associate in King & Spalding's Environmental and Toxic Tort group and is located in the San Francisco office. Rachel has represented corporate defendants in a wide array of complex matters in the pharmaceutical, automotive, and chemical industries. Her practice is primarily focused on complex product liability and toxic tort litigation.
Rachel received her J.D. from University of California, Davis, where she served as an Articles Editor on the UC Davis Law Review and a competitor in the Seigenthaler-Sutherland National First Amendment Moot Court Competition. In 2019, Rachel was an extern for the Honorable Justice Mariano Florentino Cuellar of the California Supreme Court.
