Rachel Klein

Rachel Klein is an associate in the New York office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Real Estate group. Rachel's practice is focused on commercial real estate finance, where she represents real estate funds and financial institutions in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including single- and multi-lender construction loans, permanent loans, mezzanine loans and other leveraged financings, that are secured by commercial real estate projects.
