Candice Zheng is an Associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investment practice in King & Spalding’s New York office. Her practice focuses on representing corporate clients and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, equity financings, joint venture arrangements and other corporate matters in a wide range of industries including energy and infrastructure. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Candice earned a JD/MBA dual degree at Cornell University and externed for Chief Judge Martin Glenn, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
