Annie is an associate in the Finance and Restructuring team based in London.

Annie focuses on leveraged finance transactions and represents a range of sponsors, corporate borrowers, lenders and financial institutions.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Annie worked in the Acquisition and Leveraged Finance Team at King & Wood Mallesons in Sydney.
