Purvi Sanghvi is the Chief Revenue Officer at King & Spalding, where she leads the firm's revenue management initiatives. Her leadership encompasses global pricing strategy, legal project management, revenue reporting, billing, collections and inventory management. With over two decades of experience in legal pricing and client value, Purvi collaborates closely with partners and clients to develop innovative, efficient, and results-driven solutions.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Purvi held senior roles at several leading law firms where she was instrumental in launching and expanding strategic pricing and LPM functions. She began her career in law firm finance and evolved into a pioneer in legal pricing, contributing significantly to the development of this specialized field.
A recognized thought leader in the legal industry, Purvi is a published author and frequent speaker on topics related to legal pricing and practice innovation. She has authored articles and has been featured on podcasts. Purvi is also a founding Board Member of the Legal Value Network and a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.
She holds an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and a bachelor's degree in Finance and International Management from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
