Probese Leo is an associate in King & Spalding's Charlotte office and a member of the firm's Finance and Restructuring and Real Estate & Funds practices. He represents lenders, borrowers, buyers and sellers in various corporate transactions, with a focus on leveraged finance and commercial real estate transactions, including development, joint venture negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, and financing and refinancing.
