Paul Jonghyun Lee

Paul advises clients on a broad range of antitrust matters, with a focus on competition issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes navigating the premerger notification process under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, evaluating antitrust risks in complex transactions, and guiding clients through investigations and litigation brought by the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general, and private plaintiffs.

Prior to his legal career, Paul worked as a Korean language specialist, providing interpretation and translation services to government officials and private companies. During law school, Paul served as a summer law clerk at the Federal Trade Commission.
