Patrick Price is a trial lawyer specializing in product liability defense. He has represented clients in the consumer products, tobacco, and medical device industries across the country's most hostile trial jurisdictions.
Patrick has significant trial and litigation management experience representing R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in smoking and health cases across the United States. In addition to his tobacco work, Patrick has defended consumer products, medical device, and pharmaceutical clients in product liability cases, contractors and suppliers in construction disputes, and an employer in nationwide employee misclassification class and collective actions.
Patrick is a member of the firm's cannabis initiative. He has served as a committee member for DRI's Cannabis Seminar since 2017, and he served as chair of the committee in 2023.
