Patrick Price is a trial lawyer specializing in product liability cases. He has represented clients in the tobacco, pharmaceutical, and construction industries. He has also represented companies in nationwide employee misclassification actions.
Patrick has significant trial and litigation management experience representing R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in smoking and health cases in hostile jurisdictions across the United States. In addition to his tobacco work, Patrick has defended pharmaceutical clients in product liability cases, contractors and suppliers in construction disputes, and companies in nationwide employee misclassification class and collective actions.
Patrick received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Executive Editor of the American Journal of Criminal Law and interned for the Honorable Sherry Radack, Chief Justice of the First Court of Appeals of Texas.
