Nicholas Nelson (Nick)

Nick is a Corporate associate in King & Spalding's Atlanta office. Nick's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic corporate investors in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Nick graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2025. Nick holds a Master of Accounting with an emphasis in taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
