Nicholas Andrew Mecsas-Faxon (Nick)

Nick Mecsas-Faxon represents clients in high-stakes complex litigation in trial and appellate courts across a wide range of subject areas and in both affirmative and defensive postures. 

Prior to rejoining King & Spalding, Nick served as a law clerk for Judge Thomas M. Hardiman of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Florence Y. Pan of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Nick earned his JD summa cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an executive editor for The Georgetown Law Journal. He earned his B.A. in history and sociology from Georgetown University, graduating magna cum laude.
