Nick Maietta is an associate in our Data, Privacy, and Security Practice.  Nick focuses on artificial intelligence, privacy and security compliance and regularly advises clients on related regulatory and transactional matters, where he draws on previous experience working as a management consultant and time in the technology sector and government.  He also regularly helps clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents.

Nick graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and holds an engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; he also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.  Nick is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and also holds CIPP/US, CIPM, and CIPT certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). 

Nick served as a Marine officer and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
