Navtej Ahuja is an associate in King & Spalding's Corporate practice in the New York Office. Navtej's practice focuses on power, energy and infrastructure project finance, including project development and construction project financings, leveraged financings and acquisition financings.

Navtej represents private equity sponsors, financial institutions, developers and commodity hedge counterparties in leveraged finance, project finance, acquisition finance, other secured and unsecured lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, physical and financial structured commodity hedging with a focus on alternative energy (including solar, wind and RNG), conventional power generation, oil & gas, and other natural resources.
