Michelle Korol helps clients navigate complex commercial disputes across a broad range of industries, bringing practical litigation experience developed through her nationwide civil litigation practice and a federal judicial clerkship.  

Before joining King & Spalding, Michelle handled a wide-ranging caseload at a national litigation-defense firm, where she represented and advised clients regularly in class action litigation and in labor and employment, professional liability, and insurance defense matters.  Michelle also served as a judicial law clerk for a Federal Magistrate Judge, gaining firsthand insight into how courts evaluate and resolve complex civil matters and protracted discovery disputes. 

During law school, Michelle served as Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and argued in court on behalf of the government on more than ten occasions with a 100% success rate, building early courtroom experience on high-stakes matters.
