Michelle Korol is an associate in King & Spalding’s Business Litigation practice. Her practice covers a wide spectrum of commercial disputes, and she represents clients in a variety of industries. She joined King & Spalding following a clerkship with a federal magistrate judge in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to clerking, Michelle worked at a national litigation defense firm, handling matters involving professional liability, labor and employment, and insurance defense.
Michelle received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as the Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. During law school, she completed externships at the U.S. District Court and U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and the L.A. District Attorney’s Office. Michelle received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
