Micha Nandaraj Gallo

Micha Nandaraj Gallo defends clients facing high stakes, complex litigations and investigations across a wide range of industries including tech, pharma, automotives, and sports. Whether in conducting risk assessments, writing briefs, or developing fact and expert witnesses, Micha's focus is on bringing order to complex problems and making difficult issues digestible for clients, judges, and juries alike. 

Micha routinely serves on a team of National Coordinating Counsel that manage uniform and consistent strategic defenses across multiple federal and state court proceedings. In addition to her litigation work, Micha also advises companies on emerging product liability risks and trends such as the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the development and production of consumer products.

Drawing from her experience in fact and expert work up of cases, Micha has been a key member of several trial teams, including the team that secured a full defense verdict in the first Zantac case to go to trial. She has litigated in state and federal courts nationwide and maintains an active pro bono practice that has ranged from challenging police brutality to helping clients secure special immigrant visas.

Micha attended the University of Florida as a Machen Florida Opportunity Scholar and graduated summa cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a James Kent Scholar. At Columbia, she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review and was a Decennial Fellow at the Fordham Law School Center on Law and Information Policy.

Micha is a Senior Associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and is a Co-Chair of the firm’s Asian Affinity Group. Before joining King & Spalding, she was a litigation associate at a New York law firm.
