Bio

As a member of the Discovery Intelligence Group, Mary focuses on e-discovery in complex litigation. Her experience centers on governmental and internal investigations, including matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and state attorneys general. She supports a diverse client base, including technology companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, health institutions, commercial banks, oil and gas, automotive, and holding companies. With a forward-looking approach to law and technology, Mary has a growing focus on emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, and their impact on information governance, data privacy, and the future of legal practice.

From the outset of her legal career, Mary has immersed herself in the legal technology community, including being an active participant in The Sedona Conference Working Group 1. She has also attended leading industry conferences such as Georgetown’s Advanced eDiscovery Institute, Legalweek, the University of Florida Law E-Discovery Conference, and The Masters Conference Legal, experiences that have enabled her to collaborate with and learn from judiciary members, practitioners, vendors, and thought leaders tackling complex and evolving issues in the field.
