• Representing credit card issuer in putative class action regarding allegations of improper closure of credit card accounts and forfeiture of rewards.
• Representing home improvement store in putative class action regarding contract dispute over the manner in which tool rental customers are charged for keeping tools later than promised.
• Represented consumer bank in multi-district litigation concerning allegations of unfair and deceptive practices pertaining to the bank's interest-rate setting for two high-performance savings accounts.

Mandi Youngblood focuses on representing businesses in high-stakes commercial litigation, including consumer protection class actions, breach of contract cases, securities litigation, and other complex business disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Mandi served as a law clerk for the Honorable William M. Ray, II in the Northern District of Georgia.

Mandi graduated summa cum laude from her class at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as a member of the Georgia Law Review's Editorial Board, the Lumpkin Inn of Court, and the Appellate Litigation Clinic. Upon graduation, Mandi was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
