Lena Colin is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Business Litigation group, where she represents clients across a wide range of industries in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. Lena has substantial experience litigating complex unfair competition, false advertising, trademark, and internet-related issues in state and federal court. Lena is also adept at handling brand protection, advertising, and marketing-related matters, including domain disputes, managing the full lifecycle of trademark issues from prosecution to enforcement, counseling clients on advertising claim substantiation, and advising on influencer agreements.
