Lauryn Morris

 Lauryn Morris is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Corporate practice group. Lauryn's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic corporate investors in a wide range of corporate matters, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate and securities matters.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Lauryn earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, graduating with honors. During her time at Emory, she completed the Transactional Law Certificate Program. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University.
