Bio

Lauren Myers is a trial and appellate litigator who practices in the areas of high-stakes complex commercial litigation, trade secret misappropriation, and employment disputes. She represents clients—both as plaintiffs and defendants—across a range of industries, including technology, media and entertainment, healthcare, financial services, and consumer products in federal and state courts. Ms. Myers has first-chair and second-chair trial experience, and has successfully argued many discovery motions, pre-trial motions, and other applications in state and federal court. Lauren works in both the New York and Los Angeles offices. 

Ms. Myers received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2017 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, where she was elected Order of the Coif and a Notes Editors on the Cardozo Law Review.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan in 2014.
