Product Liability

Lauren is a senior associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Product Liability & Mass Torts practice. Lauren is a trial lawyer, and has been a member of over 10 jury trial teams in cases tried to verdict. Her significant products liability experience has given her the opportunity to represent clients in a variety of arenas such as pharmaceutical products and agricultural products.

Lauren has represented clients in state & federal courts across the country, including Georgia, Illinois, California, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She has experience in all aspects of pre-trial investigation, discovery, taking depositions, motions practice, witness preparation, and cross-examining witnesses during trial. She also has significant experience managing high-volume litigation for a variety of clients in multiple jurisdictions, including developing global, consistent discovery strategies and managing costs by effectively and efficiently blending client teams to include non-lawyer staff and outside vendors when possible.

Lauren maintains a pro-bono practice representing migrants seeking asylum in the United States. Recently, Lauren represented an LGBTQ client from Honduras through her merits hearing, achieving a grant of asylum from the immigration court. 

Lauren serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Georgia School of Law. She is also actively involved in legal-advocacy training programs, including volunteering to work with moot court and mock trials teams at the high school, undergraduate, and law school levels.
