Lama Alsuliman

Lama has a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. She advises clients throughout the lifecycle of complex transactions, assisting with legal due diligence, transaction structuring, risk assessment, and the preparation and review of key transaction documents.

Her experience includes supporting the negotiation and drafting of a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements, including joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, subscription agreements, and related ancillary documentation. Lama works closely with clients and senior team members to facilitate transaction execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and address corporate governance considerations. She also assists in coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions and conducting comprehensive legal analyses to support strategic business objectives.
