Prior to joining King & Spalding, Kyle was a business litigation associate at another prominent international law firm, and before that served as a law clerk to the Honorable Federico A. Moreno of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Kyle earned his J.D. (cum laude) from Notre Dame Law School, where he served on both the Law Review and the Moot Court Board (Seventh Circuit Team).  While in law school, Kyle also served as an extern in the criminal division of the United States Attorneys' Office in the Central District of California.
