Kristopher Constantine Paltoglou (Kris)

Kris Paltoglou is an Associate, focusing on Fund Finance in the London office of King & Spalding International LLP.

Kris acts for a variety of clients, from global fund sponsors and private credit funds to international lenders across a range of financing products, including NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, umbrella structures, GP/management lines and preferred equity transactions.

Prior to joining K&S, Kris worked in the finance practice of a US firm in London and also spent time practising within the banking and finance group of a leading Australian law firm.

Kris is admitted to practice in Victoria, Australia.
