Kevin Buster

Kevin Buster is a senior trial partner with over 40 years of courtroom experience in a wide variety of cases. For many years his practice focused on class actions and other mass tort litigation in the toxic tort, product liability and environmental tort areas. Kevin has represented leading companies in state and federal courts nationwide in the defense of complex tort claims involving toxic exposures and contamination in a variety of contexts including workplace, residential, environmental, and consumer product contexts.  He founded and for many years led our firm's toxic tort practice.  He has been recognized by Legal 500 in both the environmental litigation and product liability and mass tort defense categories.  

Kevin currently focuses on the strategic growth and management of our firm.  For many years he has served as the chair of our firm's Partners Committee, which is responsible for the evaluation, compensation and advancement of all income partners and counsel in our firm.  In addition, he co-leads the Technology Industry group, one of the four main industry teams in the firm.

In addition to his recognition in Legal 500 mentioned above, Kevin has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in Product Liability, Commercial Litigation and Environmental litigation.  He was also recognized for many years as a Georgia Super Lawyer in the areas of Class Action/Mass Torts, Environmental Litigation, and Personal Injury Defense.
