Kelly Brennan

Kelly Brennan is an associate in the New York office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Funds Practice Group. Kelly's practice is focused on commercial real estate finance, where she represents financial institutions and real estate funds in a variety of real estate finance transactions. Kelly also has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, land use and leasing matters.
