Bio

Kelli Gulite is a Senior Associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations Practice Group in the Washington, D.C. office of King & Spalding. Her practice primarily focuses on investigations, compliance, white-collar criminal defense, and related civil litigation. She has defended companies in investigations and enforcement actions brought by various House and Senate committees, the Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, state attorneys general, and state government agencies.

Ms. Gulite graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center with honors and earned her B.A. from the George Washington University with honors. During law school, she served as the American Criminal Law Review’s Editor-in-Chief and oversaw the production of the Annual Survey of White-Collar Crime. She also worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Office of Special Counsel and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Georgetown Law named Ms. Gulite an Exceptional Pro Bono Pledge Honoree. As part of her pro bono practice, she has served as a law clerk for the National Juvenulle Defender Center, a research assistant for Georgetown Law Journal’s Annual Review of Criminal Procedure, and an assistant to the ABA’s Death Penalty Due Process Review Project.
