In memoriam
King & Spalding is deeply saddened to share that our colleague and friend, Kellam Conover, passed away on November 24, 2025. In his nearly three years with K&S, Kellam made his mark as a tremendous advocate whose gift for writing and legal analysis made him a go-to lawyer for the toughest cases. As importantly, Kellam was a wonderful colleague and friend who took the time to get to know those around him. If you are trying to contact Kellam Conover, please direct any inquiries to Mark Kirsch at (212) 790-5329 or mkirsch@kslaw.com, or Jeff Rosenberg at (202) 626-2955 or jrosenberg@kslaw.com.
