Katy Berger is a partner in King & Spalding’s Finance practice group, resident in the New York office. Katy represents financial institutions, private equity funds, issuers, underwriters and institutional investors in a variety of financing transactions, including repurchase transactions, warehouse facilities, receivables financings, securitizations, private placements and other specialty finance transactions.

Katy is a fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel.

Prior to law school, Katy taught middle school math in New York City as a City Year corps member.
