Katie Brown serves as our Chief Recruiting Officer, overseeing all aspects of associate, counsel, judicial clerkship, and campus-level recruiting efforts. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and partners, Katie manages and executes comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the firm's goals, values, and strategic vision. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have strengthened the firm's talent pipeline and enhanced recruitment processes.

With over 15 years of experience in the legal industry, Katie leverages her deep institutional knowledge and her background as a practicing lawyer to provide the firm with a competitive edge in recruiting lateral and entry-level candidates. Before joining King & Spalding, Katie was a litigation associate specializing in foodborne illness and medical malpractice matters. She holds a J.D. from the University of Georgia and undergraduate degrees from the Medical College of Georgia and the University of Georgia.
