Katie Weiss is a partner in the Finance and Restructuring practice group resident in the firm’s New York office.
Katie’s practice focuses on securitization, capital markets and structured private credit. She has extensive experience representing financial institutions, lenders, underwriters, sponsors and borrowers in a wide range of securitization and other structured finance transactions.
Her practice includes advising on complex securitizations, with a particular emphasis on digital infrastructure and whole business transactions. She has structured numerous fiber, wireless tower, data center and distributed antenna system securitizations and warehouse facilities.
Select clients Katie has previously advised includes Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Hotwire Communications and Diamond Communications.
