Judah Herskovits is an associate in the New York office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice. His practice is focused on commercial real estate finance, where he represents financial institutions and real estate funds in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, which include single- and multi-lender construction loans, permanent loans, mezzanine loans and other leveraged financings, that are secured by commercial real estate projects of all asset types, including office, retail, hotel, multifamily, and industrial.
