Josh Diaz is an associate in our Finance and Restructuring practice group. Josh specializes in structured finance and securitization matters, representing issuers, underwriters, and other clients in a variety of asset-backed financing transactions, both public and private. Josh primarily represents data center clients in connection with their asset-backed securitizations and other financing transactions.
