Jack is an associate in King & Spalding’s Business Litigation group based in the Washington D.C. office who focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, including patent and trade secret disputes.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jack was most recently a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Todd Hughes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and an associate at Winston & Strawn. Jack has significant federal litigation experience, including three patent infringement jury trials and work on appeals at the Federal Circuit. Jack draws on his prior engineering experience and his degree in electrical engineering to represent both patent owners and accused infringers on intellectual property matters that cover a wide variety of technologies.
Jack obtained his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin Law School in 2023 and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
