John M. Dean

John is an associate in the Charlotte office of King & Spalding and is a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investment practice group. John's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic corporate investors in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. 

John received his Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from the University of North Carolina in 2018. He received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2023.
