John Brucker is a construction lawyer who represents owners and developers that build assets in the energy & real estate sectors. He services all aspects of the transaction, from deal structure to contract negotiation to project execution. In addition, he draws on prior experience representing institutional lenders and private equity firms in top-market construction finance matters to advise sponsors that seek capital for their projects. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall University (NJ), magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, and his undergraduate degree from Marist College (NY), magna cum laude.
