Johanna Baccarani

Johanna Baccarani is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Paris office advising clients on all tax aspects of corporate transactions, in particular LBOs, financing and restructuring projects.

She has developed considerable experience in transactional tax matters, including domestic and cross-borders transactions. 

She also assists clients in controversy at all stages of procedure.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, she was tax associate in Reinhart Marville Torre and Deloitte law firms.

Johanna earned her Master degree in Tax Law from Descartes University and her Specialized Master in Corporate Finance and Management from ESCP Europe business school.

She is fluent in French and English with a conversational level in Spanish.
